Many pet stores will sell chew toys for puppies to help with teething. They may have markings on them, bumps that will help massage the gums to help relieve the pain.
Some teething chew can also be put into the freezer. These will help to numb the gums which again will help to relieve the pain. To make this one more fun, you can cover it in your puppies favourite spread, e.g. peanut butter or fish paste. Then they will have a treat while helping to comfort their gums.
If your puppy is wanting to chew your body or clothes, instead of telling them off give them chews such as antlers or teething chews. It will help to massage their gums as well as teaching your puppy they are allowed to chew dog specific items and not your furniture or you.
